do you buy yours from the shop every day like i do. I spend about $13 a day on food and drink and am thinking i could do it much cheaper

i bring like 4 days a week - and buy once a week
take out and prepped food is soooo salty- you can keep a lot of pounds off by bringing home cooked foods

I make my food the night before. If I have leftovers, they keep for a couple days.

i honestly either don't have the time to eat lunch or it's a part of the whole corporate "my boss is taking my out to lunch to discuss the latest project" concept.
either way it sucks.
but yes, you can do less than $13 definitely.

You could save a LOT by taking something from home - like leftovers.
