...you must be referring to the enigmatic movie poster, with a headless Statue of Liberty in the foreground, and a trail of mysteriously traveled water, leading to a virtual hole in the middle of what appears to be New York City...
...the director of this still unnamed film film, known only as "Cloverfield", or "1-18-08", is none other that J.J. Abrams, the supposed genius behind the T.V. series, "Lost" (...never seen the show, myself, to be quite honest)...
...quite a promotional ploy, as far as being one of the most enigamtic trailers conceived, bearing no title whatsoever, and being so mysterious; you gotta admit, the ploy has worked, as it seems that everyone is talking about it...
...it seems that we are being forced to stay tuned; I guess that we'll just have to do just that. We are obviously at the mercy of the filmmakers and advertisers...
