My first concept could be, "why the hell is my gun lacking 11 bullets?". i could then quietly drop the magazine with 3 rounds (3 in the magazine, a million in the pipe), and pull one in all 2 spare mags I keep on my belt in any respect cases with the right 15 rounds and neutralize the danger if he pointed it at me, or acted threateningly to me. on the same time as i could be interior th regulation for capturing, (that is not vigilantism, that guy needs to pass examine a regulation text cloth before speaking), i don't comprehend that i could shoot in this undertaking. i'm not a cop and my interest is to not supply up robberies. on the same time because it may be defensible in a criminal trial, i could pay out my a-- after a civil healthful. that is extremely laughable to work out the demanding-a-- speech by using some human beings announcing that they had shoot him, and those are people who probable have by no skill seen the load upon you after taking yet another man or woman's existence. not that i could sense undesirable approximately throwing lead at a rapist or murderer or a pedophile yet capturing a guy robbing a bodega at 2am isn't precisely in my acceptable 10 checklist of motives i'm prepared to spend the subsequent 25 years in the back of bars or spend something of my existence paying the lease and new rims of the kinfolk that spawned the SOB. i've got have been given greater effective use for my funds to not point out i could desire to not be my cellular mate's cuddle chum for the subsequent 3 many years.

Beat the robber with something. Sneak up behind him and hit him really hard on the head and or hand and make him drop his gun then beat the crap out of him. It they had a coffee pot or something in the store id smash it over his head. You gotta be creative, because if you think about it almost all everyday common items could be used as weapons in some way.

I would pull out my Colt .45 and put an end to the robber right then and there. Sorry if this sounds cold and heartless, but I feel that violent law breakers have no place in our society. Besides I was trained to react, and that would be my reaction.

If the robber was armed, I'd shoot him stone dead. (And yes, I do carry LEGALLY)

If not, then I'd just hold him 'til the cops got there. Maybe pop off a couple of rounds at his feet to see him dance and say it slipped later. It sure would make for funny survellience video.

Everyone I see so far wants to do pretty much the same and if that's REALLY true, everyone needs to make a point of voting for someone who will not make laws against our freedom to do so.

If I was the cashier, i would give all the money without hesitation..
If I am one of the clients, i will just stay still and do as the robber tells me, but when he is not looking, i would try to hide somewhere.. and hopefully head to the exit.. or call 911 from my cell..

I would do what I am told to do, to keep from being capped or worse. If I wasn't in the immediate area of the robbers, I think I would Keep away as not to surprise anyone in the heat of argument.

Slit the bastards throat. If criminals were more afraid of an immediate threat they'd think twice look at the crime #'s in areas that allow concealed weapons
