What kind of ridiculous idea is this? Who does this really appeal to. Just looking briefly into this idea all kinds of trouble comes to mind such as motivating the wrong type of crowd to have babies. Ridiculous.

Sorry to disappoint Kawaii, I am quite far from "unpatriotic". Have you served our country? I highly doubt it.

I am a realist. You live in a fantasy world where everything is perfect apparently.

It is complete idiocy. Hillary is advocating and paying for the overpopulation of the planet. Then of course after people pop out about 15 kids and they blow through their $75K, on plasma TVs and Lexus she wants us to pay for their healthcare.

That'll encourage more families to have more children. But mother earth wouldn't care for that, because even 1 child born in the U.S. takes a lot more resources than someone born in say Nigeria. That's what also the Nazis did to encourage more German women to have more kids too U know! Sometimes it seems that even the Green Party makes more sense than the Democrats on certain issues.

thats silly, you know who pays for that right?we do,taxpayers, americans!!,I want no part of this.If I need more money when my children are born,I will do what my father did,and his father before him which is work harder.I do not believe in giving away anything to anyone,it promotes laziness, maybe a 5000 $ low intrest loan that they could payback I could go for,but I am still not sure our budget could handle it.and yes,Hitler did promote breeding a pure race by paying women to give birth to "pure babies',it too, much like this is a big crock of bull pucky

That would be her motivation. She is a socialist and how better to control people than to make them dependent on you or make more dependent people. Hillary Clinton does not have 5k to give to every newborn. You and I would give 5K to every newborn at the expense of our own children.

It's silly. Moreover, it's more Democrat "redistribution of wealth". Even worse, it sure sounds like an attempt to roll out the welcome mat for all of those illegals. Gee -- $5000.00 if I break in to the United States and drop an anchor baby? That'll scare off the illegals!

That's the stupidist idea I ever heard of. Not yours, Hillary's. I saw it in the headlines today. They should pay people $5000.00 NOT to have kids. We have enough people as it is, and too many of the wrong types.

Actually, the idea has been kicking around for about two and a half years. Time magazine also proposed this "Baby Bond" program earlier this month. A spokesman for Hillary said the program "is not a firm policy proposal but an idea under consideration". All you repugs can cool off for a few minutes now and then get back to work trying to dig up something else to whine about.
