Where else are you going to find a musical that blows up buildings, has Illinois Nazi`s, destroys dozens of cop cars, has a chase through a mall, some of the greatest blues musicians of their day, and Bobs Country Bunker!

It's not up to much really but for some inexplicable reason it has achieved iconic status in its own life time and it's almost like to 'Diss' it is tantamount to sacrilege. I 'd love to see all the people who vote for it, (like sheep) genuinely say 'Blues Brothers' when someone cries out "There's nowt on telly., should I put a DVD on?

I enjoyed watching about 7 years ago. I was about 12. But i did recently see it again on tv. It wasn't what i first thought.

one of the best movies ever.
you might think the chase through chicago was faked.
but they cleared entire parts of town for it.
they were driving at least 100 mph the whole time
