The stronger don't need to have the right because they do it anyway. It's been like that in all periods of History and the strong have always won. I suggest you reconsider your concept of strenght, though: initially,it was a physical kind of strength, now people focus more on an intelectual kind. Whether it's physical, political, economical or psychological, the strong always win because it's a natural outcome in a fight: strength means having more resources and so the ones who have the most are the winners.

I'm a bit confused by what natural right means. Stronger things can dominate inferior things, that's why they're called stronger things. And in nature, it would be expected that they would take this role, but in humanity that natural tendency is suppressed for a collective agreement that life can be safer and more fulfilling for all if the stronger does not dominate over the inferior. This does take some satisfaction away from the stronger, but ensures its survival when something even stronger comes around.

An example of this might be between men and bears. Bears dominate all that's around them, except man who is an inferiorly weaker creature. Men, however, work together so dominance is not decided on strength but on leadership, thus when the bear attacks, man can unite to defeat the bear, preserving that mid-level safety and comfort for all.

The stronger can do it an they often do. I think the ability to dominate is what "natural right" means. Examples are the big fish eats the little fish, the lion eats the antelope.
I don't think the word "inferior" is well chosen. The rich guy dominates the poor guy, that doesn't mean one is inferior. An antelope isn't inferior to a lion.
BUT: Natural Right prevails only if you believe there is nothing but nature. I believe there is absolute right above that where the stronger does not always have the right to exploit- at least not in human interaction.

Inferior is a judgment. A shark may pray on a seal for food. That does not make a shark superior or the seal inferior. Yet, we will make these distinction in humans. Of course, the shark too must then be inferior because we are killing off the shark populations.

Since we can blow up this planet many times over, we all must be superior.

You have no right to dominate me. And frankly, I'm likely bigger and stronger than you. But, I wouldn't use that force against you. It's a choice.
