I took six courses per semester as an undergraduate -- so I know it can be handled.
If you don't think that you can handle chemistry, biology and calculus at the same time -- then it is time for you to come up with a new career plan, because this is simple compared to what you will have to do to get into medical school and once you are in.
It is time for you to do a reality check.

Getting upset isn't going to help matters. If you have a habit of getting upset when you are faced with a decision, you need to work on getting rid of that habit.
Obtaining a college degree is not easy, of course. But hundreds of thousands of people do it every year. How? My advice is to do what I did: study HARD, take more notes than you think you should, do not try to keep a job while you take classes, and don't party very much.
When it is time to sign up for classes, speak with the counselor you are assigned to about your concerns. He/she will advise you as to how many classes you can probably handle.
Develop keen study habits. Join a study group. Keep the socializing down to a minimum. After all, what are you attending university for anyway? To have fun or to get a degree.
After the first couple of semesters, you will fall into a rhythm of your own and should have a good handle on things. Remember that you will not be the only new student there, and keep your nose in your books.

What do you want me to tell you Darling? That Med School is so much easier than CC? Anyone who does is full of it and hoping you'll give them the best answer because they think it's what you WANT to hear.
To be a doc it takes years of grueling schooling and then internship. It's a reality you're going to have to face.
If I knew you personally I'd be able to give you an honest opinion and you could either prove me right or wrong. As it is this is the best answer I can give you:
You're the one who needs to decide if you can do it or not.
Be confident in your abilities, but be honest and realistic with yourself.
Good Luck

Girl, of course you can do it! I know it seems overwhelming at first, but once you get your groove, school home homework, taking care of your responsibilities I know you can do it. If you want to become a doctor there are alot of coursework and college time that your going to have to put in. So keep your head up and a good attitude and of course faith in God or whoever you believe in and you will succeed.

well you know the old saying
"nothing comes without hardwork."
I realize that there is a tremendous amount of pressure and stress on the path way to becoming a doctor.
but you know?
every present doctor has traveled that way.
just stick to it and keep moving!
that's the kind of determination and courage it takes to become a successful doctor
and that's the best advice i can give right now.
Good Luck!

It does seem like a lot of work but you can do anything you set your mind to, even if it seems impossible. You should try a semester and see how it works out because you will never know what might've happened otherwise.
Good Luck!!!

If you say it is your passion...then you should be able to do it.. That all depends on how badly you want it. But God never gives us any more than we can handle.. So yes, I think you can do it.. Just think of it this way, once you do it.... You will be proud of yourself for your accomplishment.. Besides, anything worth having is well worth working for!!!
