Yes, He is from Toronto. He moved to Hollywood around 2004 to start "Project Hollywood" a super mansion off sunset strip that inhabited dozens of pick up artists for 18 months when he moved to Las Vegas. As far as I know, he's living back in Hollywood again.

I don't know, but I watched the final episode last night. It was the first time I had seen the show.
So, is this for real? Am I supposed to believe that he is a Master Pick Up Artist? I am an attractive, intelligent woman and that creep couldn't pick me up with a crane!!! I don't get it at all.
Also, I think Cosmo looks and speaks like a 12 year old boy, and I find tweezing the eyebrows on a man to be a huge turn OFF.....too weird.
