There is no "forever" since everything is changing. The "forever" is a suppose that in the mind of human being.

I wonder why you ask, as it seems obvious.

However you might like to consider 'a moment of eternity'
which is a moment spent without thinking, simply experiencing yourself and the world as it is.
Not easy to achieve, but life changing if you can do it.
