Well if you don't mind a little php
$ip = GetHostByName($REMOTE_ADDR);
echo $ip;
?>

That gets it. Just put that into your html page where you want to show the IP address, rename the page from html to php. Should work as long as your server supports php.

What he said will work, assuming your http server and/or php implementation is configured to embed into HTML. If not, you can get around the issue by renaming your page from whatever.html to whatever.php, because you can alway embed HTML in a PHP script..
