No, it's very good. It's a $600-700 printer with archival ink that lasts supposedly for 100 years. I don't deal with those cheap home user printers.

Let me state again that it is $600-700, and IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO REPAIR. I wish people would just answer the question.

I had an Epson printer, it broke and I realized that it would cost me more to get it fixed than it would to purchase another new one. I ended up just going to Frys (off of Aero Drive) and purchasing a different printer. I love my new printer.

Unless it is a really great one you might want to look for a sale on a new one. WHen stores like Staples have a sale those printerss got for $80 - $100. It is hard for a repair job to compete with that even if you did find a convenient repair place.

u can get it fixed at Fry's electronics, Best buy, may be Circuit city or go to Epson.com and check where there offices are located in Sandiego.
