yes...and only you and anyone you list on it can have access to it. even if you die (god forbid)...no one can get into it without a court order.

i have money, jewels and legal papers inside of mine. the cost is $40 a year.

They are very safe, but you should know that the bank does not insure any of the contents. That's your responsibility.
