First CONGRATULATIONS! What a coo! Now that being said, you must be very good at proper grammer, well read and well spoke to have been chosen as well as respected - no small feat in High School. My best advice is to be fair in editing - assign stories that interest you and the readers - have an editorial that allows you to cap off what you think is relevant and to keep you from stepping on someone else's story. There are some good articles you can search under "How to be a good editior" that may give you some strong points and help you keep your cool in a conflict. Good Luck!
