The newly nominated Attorney General Mukasey was the attorney for Linda Lay and Ken Lay who were notorious for bringing the finacial ruin of millions of innocent Americans through Enron. Can't they find anybody else?

I certainly hope he does a better job as AG than he did with that Enron case. Ken Lay would be rotting in prison if he hadn't died.

Dubya chose the new Attorney General...not Congress. Bush is dumb...this was a bad call. Not at all unlike Dubya.
Congress is ineffective because the majority are Democrats who want to pass measures which will change the direction of this country. Bush is a conservative and he vetoes EVERYTHING the democrats send him. You can see the conflict of interests we have in our government.

I think it's also interesting that he would "vow to veto" the bill passed by (all Democrats and 65 Republicans of the Senate) when it is a bill designed to protect the lower income children of America (healthcare)...He can't win on this...if he vetoes it, it will look like he doesn't care...hurting Republican hopes in any race in the near future...It shows that the Republican's really don't care about American children...this is simple redrawing the limit on who can get healthcare, the system already exists. But stupid is as stupid does.

No I'm afraid the Title of the Stupid and Dumb are Hillary's and Congress. Of course it goes with out saying that anyone who would vote for Hillary share's that Title!
