they make a scratch remover for removing scratches but it takes a lot of elbow grease and if the scratches are very deep you might as well chunk it a get a new one. If they are surface scratch you can polish them out but like I said it takes a lot of work. Most of the surface scratches happen when cleaning or drying the windshield. You should never wash or dry in circles. Always up or down or always sideways your choice but don't do both of these either or you will end up with spider like veins in the windshield when light hits it.

Good.luck on your new bike. Being plastic you might have some difficulty with this. You might find a plastic repair kit. Depending how deep of the scratch if some rubbing compound should work(make sure its safe for plastic) some deeper ones might need too be filled. Keep it on two wheels
