Chloe would get my vote. Still common (as most of these are), but nearly as overused.

Isabelle/Isabella, and really anything that can have the nickname Elle/Ella, is incredibly popular at the moment. Kayleigh is just one of the contrived variants in the random K-names trend. Kayleigh, Kallie, Kylie, Kyla, Kayla, etc. ... they just blend together at this point.

Jaslene might not be overused, but it's still trendy (J names are just as hot) and completely made-up. Not to mention sounding suspiciously like vaseline, which is not attractive in the least.

So Chloe, hands down.

From your list, I love Isabelle and Elle. You could do Isabelle, and use Elle as a nickname. Either way, both are classical, beautiful names.

I like Isabelle and Elle, however Elle is not French for feminine. It means she, her, or feminine it. Féminin(e) is French for feminine.
