Just like any other P2P program, as long as you know what you're doing and don't get anything malicious, or have protection for your system. Same basic principle.

demonoid.com was a safe site but it got shut down recently..i've been using bit torrent for a couple of years & havn't had any problems..if you search on torrentspy & check the comments left by other users it usually tells you if there's any problems

people say they're not but I'd say they are safe. i suggest you go to torrentspy.com or piratebay.org or isohunt.com and get the torrents that have the most 1. seeds and 2. the most downloaders then you'll be ok.

as with anything else, as long as you scan for viruses etc. before you open your downloads you should be okay. no site is 100% safe these days. i use utorrent and download from mininova and have never had a problem, but i do scan everything first. best of luck.lol

torrents are just another way of downloading files to your computer. Those files are just as likely to be problematic as files downloaded any other way.

depends on what you download. It doesn't matter what peer to peer software you use, if you use it for music and videos you are pretty safe. programs are a huge risk.
