You know the area underneath Rougeport where you fight the Blooper near the beginning of the game, also the place where you go to get to Pedal Meadows. Well I saw a brownish pipe and did a super jump or whatever it is called and I grabbed on it. So I grip grabbed across and found a green pipe and it brought me to a building. I went inside and there was nothing inthere. Is there something important with this building or is it totally useless?
