it's a matter of public record. just file for the form online or at the health department or office of records. which ever your state records those types of info.

go to any search engine, like Google, Ask Jeeves, or Yahoo, and type in the state name where you live and divorce. such as Pennsylvania divorce (for example) the links will show you forms and documents you will need which you can download and print out, and links to lawyers that handle this in that state.

Yes
Go to the clerk of the circuit court for the county the divorce was granted in. On line all counties have those records online because they are a matter of public record.

depends on what kind of divorce- kids or none- i believe theres a form for each... most office supply stores actual sell these basic forms for a resonable price-i know the carry them at staples and office depot, my sister and uncle have both used them...they each have children and had gotten these forms, filled them out and took them to a paralegal-cheaper than a lawyer to file them through the state.....after that it depends on how your seperation is- easy where theyll sign, itll go pretty fast and then finalize on a certain date....if they contest it can go into the courts......Good Luck!!
