It sounds like harrassment. If I were you- I'd say "Stop that or I'll report you." It sounds harsh but he shouldn't touch anybody without their permission.

tell him you have a boyfriend...lol and talk about your boyfriend all the time.

OR

Get a friend to help you and when you're near him say to your friend (in the nicest way possible) You know ____'s a really nice guy, but it makes me feel uncomfortable when he pinches my butt. I wish I could think of a way to tell him to stop, but I want to have a good relationship with him and I'm afraid of coming off as a bit ch.
Say that loud enough so he can hear you.

hope it helped you :)

Just because everybody is not complaining about your co-workers butt piching doesnt mean that it is OK if it really bothers you talk to him. I dont know why the other girls in the office dont complain about it.

What? He does it to ALL the girls, and nobody complains?

What HELL is wrong with them?

It's sexual harassment, plain and simple. ALL of you can gang up on him, together, and tell him very firmly that you collectively do not like him doing that, and if he doesn't stop, you will be reporting him to the management. Who, by the way, because of certain legislation, are LEGALLY REQUIRED to take such reports VERY SERIOUSLY.

Or you could simply report him to the management, all of you. Together.

His behaviour is WAY out of line. COMPLETELY inappropriate.

You have a case for sexual harassment, any competent lawyer could win you a nice settlement in court. If you let your boss know about the incident and your objection to it I am sure it would be resolved. If that fails get a lawyer.

Tell him you don't appreciate his unwanted touching. If he has a problem with that, go to HR. It's sexual harassment and is a protected workplace regulation. It is regulated by the federal government. Both he and your employer can be subject to large fines if it goes unchecked. Report it...

Tell your co-worker that you dont like what he is doing, there is nothing wrong with the word NO. Calmly state the following, "I don't like it when you pinch my butt, it makes me feel uncomfortable, could you please stop." if he doesn't talk to your boss or other authority.

Just tell him. You know, as if you were an adult talking to another adult. Here's an example: 'I don't like being pinched, so please don't do it anymore. Ok?'

If he's offended by that, it's really his tough luck and his thin skin. Speak up or agree to be a victim.

ask him how he feels about sexual harassment lawsuits.
be polite, but ask him to stop. tell him it makes you uncomfortable to have him pawing your butt all day.
you may also speak to your supervisor who can (and must) put a stop to his unwanted touching.
