I would prefer the name started with R, but anything will do.

my nephew is called Keith Joeseph which can be KJ for short although his mom doen't really like that. For names beginning with R I would suggest;

Keith Allen is the only one I can think of that somewhat flows...

Richard or Robert .. Keith is a hard name to get something to flow with, so just go with a name you like, or even re-arrange the name like Robert Keith, or Richard Keith..

We had to do that with the name Alexander .. nothing flowed that we liked so we switched it and used Devon Alexander, then just going to use Alex as the nick name :)
