To me its a sophisticated name.I like it because everyone wants to name their children different names, so its nice to hear a more classic name.

1. There's a girl named Caroline in my class. She's really pretty. She's about 5' 4", has dark, dark brown hair, pretty brown eyes, and she's athletic. Everytime I hear the name Caroline, I think of her.
2. I'm not sure what Caroline means... try bouncing around the web a bit. I'm sure you'll find the meaning of the name.

I actually like the name Caroline a lot. It's a beautiful classic name. I've known a couple of Carolines---one blonde and one dark haired. Both were athletic and beautiful.
The name itself is of French origin and means little and womanly.
Princess Caroline of Monaco and Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg are 2 famous Carolines.

Caroline I think is a lovely name. once when I was little a girl named Caroline lived near us. She rode my bus she was in high school and she was always very nice to me. I was in like 7th grade. She had short brown hair, I remember she always looked nice. My baby brother who was like 4 years old was in love with her when my mom came to get me from the bus she would always give him something. like a pencil or eraser or some crayons or a sticker she never forgot him. she was nice to my family too. we were poor and her family was rich but nice.

When I think of Caroline...I think of Princess Caroline of Monaco. Who, in her youth, was absolutely stunning. I imagine a Caroline to look like a classic beauty. A woman who is intelligent and elegant.

Hmm... I always thought a Caroline would have brown or blonde hair, shorter than average, pretty in an All-American way. I don't really like it... but you know, I bet your daughter could beautify it. :] But what other names are you considering?

ok...there is a girl named caroline on my team.
Height: A little on the tall side, but not like GIANT tall.
Hair: Dirty blonde. almost brown. long. she has freckles. thin legs.
caroline means: beautiful woman (latin origin)
the name is ok... but caroline is mean sometimes tho

Sounds like the name of a mousy haired, quiet, out of place girl. It's just a boring name, like Jane or Mary..... I like older names but Caroline is a crappy one.
