Yes , I've found it to be true. Be nice kind and helpful to others and people will be nice kind and helpful to them. If someone does somebody some injustice the next time around that someone will find themselves being done some injustice It works both ways good for good and bad for bad. A person may not get theirs today but they will get theirs tomorrow whether that is good or bad.

Sometimes but not always. This is really just a feel good saying, when someone screws you, and you say that, you think that someday, the person will get screwed too.
