Darren Tuck said he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago..
WHY THE HELL DIDNT HE TURN IN THE DAMN SEX TAPE WHEN HE FOUND IT!?!?!? This really pisses me off !!!

Aussie STFU its people like you that ruin this damn world, your just as sick as the guy that did this to this innocent little girl.
And as for the stupid idiot that did this to her i really hope he gets death penalty because people like that will never change!!!!!

When I first heard that the police arrested him after he turned it in, I thought they were setting a bad precedent because it might cause others to not turn in evidence that could help locate victims and abusers.
But if he had the tape for five months, I hope they throw the book at him and give him the maximum penalty allowed. That is just sick.

This guy Darren Tuck has to know something..I think he might know where this guy is..They where probably friends..But when Darren's friend came forward (good for him) he had no choice to turn the tape over to the police..He had to have this tape for a while and he knew what it was..He was showing his friends...He is a sick as the guy in the video..He failed the polygraph test he is hiding something...
This world is not safe..You cant trust men and now women..You never know anymore..its not safe for our kids anymore..Its sad..

Yah weeder put that guys picture on the news up eariler, I'm with you all the way. Effin sick. Though hopefully they catch this guy and darren tuck gets life, or better yet, lets just fry them. What made me get chills earlier is the police said by the video that it didn't seem this little girl was new to sexual acts

Imagine that he did find the tape.
I think he might have been too scared to turn it in.
He got in a lot of trouble, since he couldn't really prove that he found it.
At least he decided to do the right thing in the end.
On the other hand if he is lying about finding the tape he should suffer the same fate as the other guy.

He should have turned it in. And if he was scared of repercussions then he should have destroyed the tape instead. Although that's pretty cowardly and wouldn't help the little girl.
Who "finds" a video, picks it up and plays it at home anyway? If I saw a video at the side of the road I wouldn't even think of picking it up!

He failed his polygraph today. He didn't find the tape in the desert. There was no "poof dust" on the tape or inside its carrying case. "Poof dust" gets on anything which is placed on the desert floor out here.
