They are small brown spots in a little cluster... probably about 10-20 spots in hthe cluster. I have had alot of moths and flies in my kitchen which I have killed with fly repellent. Is this the cause of the spots? If not, what are they? They are everywhere.. on my kitchen floor, on the sink, even on shelves and things on the wall. I don't get it. What the hell are they?!

It sounds like droppings of some sort. My husband had a garden lizard that started going into his shop and would climb up the walls. It often left droppings.

It could also be mice.

You need to call in a professional exterminator to see what it is (don't clean it all up until he sees it). Also ask him about getting rid of the insects. He might need to come back if there are any eggs that hatch in a few weeks.

Most bugs are attracted to light colors/shades. It probably is their feces or their barf (fly specks are barf). If your insects problem is gone, scrub up the areas well & you shouldn't have the spots reappear unless you have a new infestation.

Cockroaches. They are notorious for leaving their "calling card" everywhere.
