The chianina cattle breed is the largest at 4,000 pounds. Pronounced: kee a nee na. On bulls, the short horns curve forward. They are white to steel gray, bulls have darker gray areas.

The heaviest cow was a 4,300 lb. chianina named Donetto. The heaviest bull was Old Ben, a shorthorn/hereford cross weighing in a 4,720 lbs.
