The thing is that my GPA is awful. I have a 1.9-2.0 gpa. ( I don't need anyone to tell me that it sucks) I already have had withdrawals because of my depression/ADD. I need to finish. I am scared of what the admissions commitee might say about me re-enrolling.. Is it too late to transfer courses? I am also back home and 1 hour and 30 min away from this school, which is a top 100 institution. Thanks! Any answers would be helpful.

You have two alternatives (3 if you include dropping out).
FIRST Get medical evidence of your depression and the fact that it is now under control. Then:

1) try and re enroll at your old institution. The medical evidence should assist.

2) Use the same evidence to enroll in an institution closer to home using your credits already gained. This may be easier than going to the old institution if the local one is not a "top 100".

Don't do 'either or' do both. If successful in both you then make your choice, If only in one your choice is made.
