(I live and vote in Queens but my Manhattan PO Box is on my State ID)

Which one do I go to? Can I go to both?

Could this be grounds for overturning the verdict on a technicality?

I thought it was like such a holy right or something that they could even let a convict go free if they found out one of the jurors didn't live in the county the crime was commited in (or at least have to do the trial all over again)

I was in the same boat, I live in Terrence county, but my address is a Livingston county address, I called Livingston county and told them I pay my taxes and vote in Terrence county, Livingston county apologized and took my name off the roster for jury duty.

Wow. You sure are popular. You can go to both and you WILL go to both if you don't want to get into trouble. I'd change the PO Box. No offense, but jury duty can be quite boring for most people. You'll have to give your name and address for the court, so just make sure you point out the residential address in Queens while in Manhattan. You're technically not supposed to serve on a jury in a borough you don't live in.

It's not a matter of which you CAN go to, you MUST respond to both.

They both require you to respond. If you ignore either, a Bench Warrant will be issued. I'd respond to the Manhattan one with an explanation of your actual residence address, and if you do NOT get a dismissal in the mail, show up anyway.

You go to the one for the county you live in. Call the other court (or send back the card) informing them that you don't live there.

If you have nothing better to do, go to both. I usually ignore them. No one arrests nobody. Do not listen to that crap.
