SAME SITUATION HERE. I LOVE rg too and my parents couldn't afford it. I'm trying to stretch everyday too, but i'm sort of, stiff. I heard that it is very dangerous. it's good to know somebody else face the same problem. let us wish each other the best of luck, and may God bless us too. I asked many questions about rg and most people think it is impossible, but we will work hard, wouldn't we?

First get her right into a gym. commonly a gyms age requirement is about 3 to 4 years old. besides the undeniable fact that this is troublesome to change into an elite gymnast. She must be very dedicated and complicated operating. And certain she might want to wish a coach. each gymnast needs a coach. :) sturdy success

i like the forthrightness of the above response. i wish you both success. word of caution: stretching on your own may not help much. get a friend to oversee how you do it. the friend may also assist in case of muscle pull or any other accident. the friend could act as a coach

good luck
