But I love Halloween. My little cousin needs a costume. Her mom is really busy with work so she wants me to pick it out. So I like these four but I can't decide. I'm horrible at deciding!

Dorothy is always a classic and will look cute.
But if you want a little more originality, I would go with the Southern Belle. I haven't seen many of those.

i realy think the southern bell is a grat idea and if you could find her a little gentelman caller you could have him dress as a confederat soldier

The fourth one looks so fun and original!
But the 2nd one looks cute and sassy, too!
The third is WAY to much for a little girl....

Oh, and if they don't have the ruby slippers there, you can get some at Target.
