I just bought 3 true perculas. They are all pure yellow with not fully developed stripes and the black lining has barely came in. Theyre pretty young maybe a couple of months. Will the color get better? Will the black get more rich and how long would it take? One of them is really stressed what should i do?

You should have only purchased a pair. Clowns are rleated to damsels, and although they might not be aggressive as some, they will still be territorial.

It sounds like you have all juveniles which is good. Two will probably pair up and become your male and female, but they will make life miserable for the third - you'd be better to return it and exchange it for a different type of fish (not related to damsels or clowns to reduce territoriality).

Was the color light when you bought them? If not, the lighter color may be related to stress. If so, I doubt you'll see much change.
