the doves are in groups walking on the ground once there was on one but usually there are 5 i feel this is a spiritual sign

All it means is
A) the doves in your area have plenty to eat if you see more than two at any given spot, they are multiplying nicely.
B) they are hungry and there must be good seed or bugs in that spot
C) groups of birds sometimes feed in large numbers when rain is coming. It's like a feeding frenzy before the rain

I bet it means they found something to peck at or got tired or flying. You don't need doves as a spiritual sign. Look to yourself for spiritual. You seem to have the knack. Trust yourself.
