Ask Lyonesse next time she's on. She's got a nephew that hardly ever takes one and he's 28. I betcha it'd take more than 7 of them!

One Very Long Hot Bath to losen the dirt,
Then A Shower to rinse it all off.

It would only take one shower (not bath) to make me feel clean again and technically that all it takes to get clean again. Taking more than one bath/shower will only make my skin feel all wrinkly.

I wouldnt want to have a bath, because then i would be just soaking in my own grossness after seven days of no washing. So i would say 1 looooonng shower would be good :)
