I assume you want to travel from the UK. There are auto trains from Lille or Paris to Narbonne (220 km as the crow flies from Barcelona) all year. Because the french site doesn't tell anything about fares (and also is only available in french) I looked at the german auto trains. Frankfurt (Neu-Isenburg) to Narbonne - about the same distance as Lille to Narbonne - is about 200 EUR one way for 1 person + motorbike overnight in a couchette.

Between mid may and mid september there's another service from Calais to Narbonne: http://www.frenchmotorail.com/

There are also ferries from the UK to Spain:
Portsmouth - Bilbao http://www.poferries.com/tourist
Plymouth to Santander http://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk
From Bilbao it's 500 km to Barcelona as the crow flies, from Santander about 50 km more.

On the french railway system (SNCF), you can get a car or motorbike transported with a service called "Auto/train".

During the winter, the trip nearest what you want is Paris to Narbonne. The timetable is not available online... Maybe you can ask a travel agent for details.
The cost for the motorbike is between 90 and 110 euros one way.

Don't know where you live, but have you thought of P&O Ferries Portsmouth / Bilbau? From there it is about 380 - 390 miles, but all motorway.
Otherwise you would have to look at French rail website for train destinations.

Yes you can, but it would be cheaper to drive it there.
