I bought Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth II a few months ago, and it doesn't work on two of my computers..I went to technical support and for my problem, the main reason is usually a lack of RAM..Where do I get it? I know you can get it at Wal-Mart and stuff, but I don't know what kind to get, how to put it in my computer, or what kinda prices im looking at...if you can answer any/all of those questions, Id really appreciate it. Please give me any information about money in USD (American Dollars) and keep in mind that I know absolutely nothing about computers. Thanks, in advance.

If you don't know anything about computer, you should take your computer to a shop and have the RAM installed for you. It's about $50 + cost of the RAM. As I have no idea what kind or how much you need I can't give you any prices. But 512MB is WELL under $100.

You might try shutting down uneeded programs running concurrently with the game. Enter the task manager [cont - alt - del] and check which applications are running. Perhaps you can stop some and free up some memory.

To identify the memory I would start with Crucial. They manufacture 3rd party memory. They are reliable, though not the lowest priced. You should be able to determine the memory stick you need. Then you might be able to cross-reference to a lower priced vendor.

You can go to http://www.crucial.com and use their tool to find out what kind of RAM (memory) your computer needs. They can even test your system and tell you what you need and have in the computer (each slot).

You can get cheap memory at http://www.newegg.com or http://www.tigerdirect.com
