From waning crescent, (it isn't an exact phase), to full moon will be between 15 and 18 days, dependent on how thin the crescent moon is.

The moon goes around the earth, on average, in 27 days 7 hours 43 minutes.
so depending on how much of a waning crescent it could be anywhere from 14 to 22 days as you would have just had your full moon

My guess would be around 16. The crescent would disappear entirely in a day or two--the new moon--and then it would take about 14 days to get back to a full moon.
