My GPA is about 3.3 weighted, however, I have a 1390 on the SAT 740 Reading 650 Math, I'm retaking the SAT in October though so hopefully it'll up mine to 1400 and I got a 30 on the ACT.
I've taken Six AP courses so far (Freshman through Junior), plus three my senior year (nine total), all of the tests i've passed.
As far as extra curricular is concerned, i've been a Varsity member of my High School's debate program for fours years, I got fourth place in my homestate of Florida for Social Studies Academic Games earlier this year, I was a People to People Student Ambassador in 2003, and last year I did the Presidential Classroom Future World Leaders Summit.
What do you guys think? I'm sure it probably rests on my essay, any tips on the FSU essay? Or should I apply for Summer?

The good news -- with your stats, you shold be able to get into FSU. I think you can actually do better -- apply to UF as well.
Now the bad news. Classes started a month ago -- so there is no way you can get in this Fall.
