bass-- about 4 years
drums-- about 1 year
recorder-- 9 months
flute-- 5 months

I have played piano for 30 years
I took drums for 5 years. But haven't touched a drum kit for 25 years
I took both guitar and bass for 2 years. But gave up both because my heart wasn't in it.

I used to play clarinet in school and I graduated in 79 but I have not played it since so I guess it's been many years since I've played one but many more years since I've actually played one.

im 11 and i played the violin in the 4th and 5th grade and now that im in the sixth grade i play the alto saxophone

my daughter has been playing the violin since she was in the 4th grade, she is a senior this yr. needless to say, i'm a proud mama!
