i think mine is awesome! she lets me listen to whatever i want in the car, she even sings along to songs like i write sins not tragedies, and im not ok (i promise)!!!

Well I am a mom of 4 and my 2 oldest are 14,12 yrs old. I allow them to listen to what ever. I love the hip hop , R&B music! And they like my songs when I was younger in the 80's!
I am still young and I rock out in my car!!!

That one is tough. It would either be Pantera or AC/DC probably. Ted Nugent and Metallica were pretty loud as well. I would love to have seen Dio. When I saw Sabbath Ozzy was still the vocalist and I never had a chance to see Rainbow or Dio.

Yea my mommy does also!
Its so funny we act like we are sisters instead of mother and daughter.
One time when Justin Timberlakes song Sexy Back was on, we rolled down our windows and started singing to the people who were around the car.!

My Mom is 51 and she hates my music. She only likes rock n' roll, [although I do like some], but I much rather listen to Metallica and Linkin Park & stuff like that.

hahahah omg its so funny that you said that about jared leto because just the other day my mom said pete wentz was a "giant hunk of man candy". and my mom loves mcr!! its so weird because i think she was even more excited to see them in concert than i was. :]

My mom will let me listen to my music...but not like yours to the point that she knows any words. She like the song Paralyzer and the band Evanescence though. ^^

i listen to most of the same music as my daughter does. but that doesn't mean i want to be 17 yrs old again. i'm happy being an adult, 36 that is.
adults that want to act like young teenagers have a serious problem.

my mom actually said she likes fall out boy *shivers* but she hates P!ATD........ she does let me listen to my music in the car though, but of course i never play "lying is the most fun you can have with a girl without taking her clothes off" infront of her... my dad doesnt care though, because he likes all different kinds of music...

my mom's ok..i ugess. she donsnet try hard to know what's wrong. im not ok. at all. she never sticks up for me when my dad's drunk and screaming at me. but she dosnet hurt me though.
she'll help me wen i'm stuck at school. but she dosent realy care what grades i get...i've been a staight a studnet since 5th, and even then i did pretty well(a few b's)
