There is a valve inside the meter box in front of your house. If the water company cut your water off for non payment they probally put a lock on the valve. A good set of bolt cutters will cut it off. If you cut that lock and turn your water back on when they come to read your meter the police will come and arrest you for "theft of services" if your bill is over $500 that will be a FELONY! Your fine and probation fees will be a heck of a lot more than just paying your bill. You still have the internet maybe you have your priorities in the wrong order?

I dnt owe a wáter Bill. I am behind in lot rent n my land lords shut my wáter off. How Do i turn it bk on? I have sin 8 yr old that lives with me.

Legally, you will call the water company and pay the bill, then they will schedule a service man to come out and turn it back on.
Myself, I would just go out to the meter and turn it back on myself. If you need water, you need water and if you can, you do what you have to.

Mine is off but I owe nothing they are waiting on a lease agreement from my illusive landlord it's going on 5 ******* days I have a 2 yr old what would happen if I did

My guess is that they sometimes turn it off from their place or reach deep down to turn it off

If you payed your bill they should turn it on right away, i don't think you can do it yourself, anyways, it should be by the water meter, at the fron t of your house, or whatever your main valve is.
