The sections aren't ignorant... the "people" who participate on them sometimes are... very!
R&S still gets my vote... some people would need a crowbar to have an open mind.
All the catagories that include Politics sure get their share of morons...

Too many of the posters there do nothing but regurgitate what some tired talking head has said instead of doing a bit of research and forming their own opinions. I used to post there, and had my account up to level 5 with a 27% BA. That is until I got fed up with all the rhetoric, rants and incoherent diatribes being spewed forth by the ignorant masses.

I use to say R&S, but I found there are people there who are trying to make it better. Most were atheists agreeing that people didn't have to be so rude to us when we go there. So, I don't know what section. Maybe dating because you can't just answer a question to help somebody without everybody assuming you're up for grabs.

Politics and Government, Religion and Spirituality and sports occasionally because they are the only places basically that I do not receive a happy response nor an accepted one because my views in these areas are generally unacceptable to the general audience that parks there .

theres 2. Politics, and Religion.
a majority of people cease to use their brains in those to categories, instead they go completely by what they have been fed by other people. Im not saying everyone...but...alot of them.
