Yes. Mobility underines order and breaks large, roughly uniform groups down into individual units. Since each individual unit acts and thinks independently, there is less group-mind and more discord.

This is a good thing, as long as the resulting chaos is put to constructive purposes instead of destructive purposes.

Discord is the politics of change and change may lead to mobility or it may lead to redefinition or restructuring of an organization.

But, discord is that voice that says it is time for a change.

Not always. But it is sometimes the discord that creates the friction that enables things to move; hopefully synergisticly
