I don't, that's a control issue or power trip. Everyone should be allowed to learn from their own mistakes & be able to build on their successes. Besides, how can I be sure what is really the best thing for them. I may share my experience in a given area, but they must choose for themselves.

Ask, and if that does not work barter, and if that does not work command, and if that does not work see what will work or do it myself, which is normally option a because I prefer to know it is done right the first time anyway.
