I haven't heard the song and I don't know what business you are in, but probably you cannot successfully sue because there is very little possibility the squarebizz in the song will be confused with your business and cause you to lose business.
If you don't lose business (have damages), you don't have a successful lawsuit.

Just using the name is not enough - you would need to have it registered as a trademark. Further, even if it was a trademark, just using it in the lyrics probably wouldn't give you a cause of action, as there is no trademark infringement - just like Eminem or Weird Al use the names of well-known people and businesses in their songs.
Finally, your name is squarebizz, not squarebizzness - it's different.

You have a fictitious business name, but do you have a copyright on that name?
If not, no!
And if yes, it will be tough expensive fight because theyre using a common word of business and not just bizz.
Sorry you opportunist...wait for some other slip and fall lawsuit opportunity to come your way

Good luck suing. You will get more pub by using it. the chanec of you winning is small. The laywers might like it but that is who will make the cash. Its looks like a real weak case

Not unless you have filed for your business to be Squarebizz, Inc. or Squarebizz, Corp.

Will you get more free advertising suing, or letting them sing your business name?
