Start with chamomile tea. And make sure you get enough exercise early in the day that you sleep well at night. If you are out of shape, a half an hour should do it.

If good sleep, good food and a little chamomile tea don't do it, it might be time to start looking for professional help.

BTW, a few people are allergic to chamomile tea, so if it makes you itchy, stop drinking it. However, most people find it a good, relaxing, gentle drink. Don't worry about it.

I have been told that St. Johns Wart can help with anxiety symptoms, I can't tall you if they worked for me because I couldn't get past the smell and the taste. The make you burp and the burp tastes like cow poop. But there has been a lot of research done that studies show it lessens the symptoms. Good luck.
