What would your views be, if the government insisted on licencing computer use, as they do with televisions and radios. ?

I bet they are already planning it...
I give it 3 months until we hear of the announcement...
But that means they will have to invest it on bettering the internet (probably their own done up website) for the public who pay.

Wouldnt be surprised if the thought hadn't crossed their minds - as well as charging for emails!
It would make me think twice about using the computer and internet.

protest!set up a petition against it! why do they need to licence it, it doesn't hurt anyone anyway we give the government enough money as it is

Then i would give up my PC as much as i would hate it because I'm not prepared to give the government any more of my hard earned money
