I have a problem with a picture, that I am Trying to hang. For some reason, the top of it hangs away from the wall. How do I fix this and make it flush?

The wire in the back is (1) too loose, or (2) is too far down.

I agree with kokopelli. One thing you could do though is place two thumbtacks in the frame near the bottom so they hold the frame off the wall the same distance as the top. This will prevent having a discoloration from the picture on the wall, should you decide to move or replace it with a smaller picture.

A bolt and fender washer through the center of the picture into the wall and a washer and nut on the other side. It'll never move. Just touch up the washer and bolt head to match.

Move the mounting points for the picture wire higher on the frame.
