Send a message to Congress that a continous stalemate is unacceptable. Put Party affilations off to the side don't listen
to lobbyist and pass bills that are good for America. Basically
do what you were elected for. Vote everybody out and start fresh, I'll do my part, how do we convince the rest of the United
States to follow. We need a united Congress.

It won't happen. I don't want a united liberal Congress. It would be disastrous for the US.
Having friction and dissension in Congress may be a good thing. If they cannot agree, they cannot pass legislation. If Congress does not make any new, dumb laws, we are better off.

Follow the yellow brick road. How totally absurd. There neve has been a united congress. Don't listen to Lobbyists. They give all the money to the politicians.
Convince the rest of the U.S.? Not possible not all of us live in this Utopia you have found.

I think the cause of that is meaningless as there are incumbent congressmen/women and senators of individual districts and states that people just like.

This effort is brought up every election cycle and it just does not seem to click with the all voters in this country.

According to your assessment, you are saying that we need to give power back to Republicans.. If that is what you saying then screw that initiative. I like my democrats
just as they are. I agree they need to be reformed but not voted out of office.

One party countries have a 'united' congress or parliement, but that is not because of any really valid 'democratic' process. Hitler achieved a united Reichstag by arresting and imprisoning everyone who disagreed with him.

Well, it'll take three elections to get all incumbents out.

Also, note that people only dislike lobbyists who don't push for their point of view.
