I took it and had the battery and altenator check and was told they were both good. However, I went and bought a new battery for it and it still won't even act like it is turning over, just nothing. I have been pushing it and popping the clutch now for a week, I don't know what to do.

It sounds as if the starter solenoid or the complete starter is bad. Remove the negative terminal of your battery and pull the starter off the bell housing and have it checked at Auto Zone or an auto electric shop.
If a replacement is necessary stay away form your Honda dealer as a new starter form them will kill a $500.00 bill. Leaf through your phone book and find a near by dealer who sells AC-Delco parts. A re-manufactured lifetime AC-Delco starter will cost less than $200.00.

It may be the starter relay is the problem. I assume when you say it won't crank, that means you get no sound at all when you turn the key. Possibly the connection at the ignition key may not be making contact. Good luck!
