Make sure you follow directions and do exactly what they asked. Not sure if you are talking Dance or Drama but if it is Dance try to get in the front line if you are VERY sure of the choreography. If not try the second line. Make sure you emote. You can be a fantastic dances but if the smile is not there, we will not notice you.
The same applies for drama but make sure you know you lines (Unless it is a cold read) then try to make it sound like you are not reading. You still need to project. Make sure all facial expressions are as big as you can make them. It will not look like you are smiling that big from the house. It will just look like a good smile (Frown, or whatever). Also make sure you project your voice (Drama or singing) What sound loud at home is not on a stage in front of a huge house.
Just be larger than life and try to relax. Pretend like it is not that important. As a performer, you always want to do your best but you never want to let them see you sweat!
Break a Leg!
Make sure you leave plenty early. You NEVER want to be late, if you are, you have to be 10 times better than the rest to even be considered. You can always sit and wait and warm up before the audition if you early.

You can't spell? C'mon, I know you can! You just don't feel like it, is all! Anyway, break a leg. Unfortunately, I can't think of any tips at the moment other than to be energetic, have fun, and PROJECT YOUR VOICE! Most importantly, have fun with the audition. Even if you get rejected. All actors face rejection (ahem, AKA- me!) so even if you get turned down, it was still worth a shot. I'm not saying that you will, though. But if you do, just keep moving forward with it and try even harder the next time!

Just go and do what you are asked to do the best you can do it. all the time show you are enjoying being there, like the lady said, smile. don't worry about the result, think of the now, the fun of performing and do that.

Even 13 year old actresses should know how to spell and put together a simple sentence. Sorry, but it's true.

Do exactly what you did last time. They like you for something.

Might be helpful to know what your callback is for, what you sang or read the first time and what they've asked you to do for the callback.
